Ingredients:
- 2 cups Elbow macaroni
- 1/4 cup Unsalted butter
- 1/4 cup All-purpose flour
- 2 cups Whole milk
- 2 cups Sharp cheddar cheese

- 1/2 tsp Black Pepper
Instructions:
- Cook pasta according to the package instructions, then drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, melt butter over medium heat. Stir in the flour until well mixed with the butter.
- Slowly pour in the milk, stirring constantly until it starts to thicken. Stir in the cheese until fully melted.
- Mix in the cooked pasta, ensuring it's fully coated with the creamy cheese sauce.
