
Creamy Garlic Parmesan Pasta

Ingredients:
- 200 grams Pasta
- 2 tablespoons Butter
- 2 cloves Garlic
- 1 cup Heavy cream
- 1/2 cup Grated Parmesan cheese
- to taste Salt
- to taste Black pepper
Instructions:
- Cook pasta as per package instructions. Drain and keep aside.
- Melt butter in a pan over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté till it turns golden brown.
- Add heavy cream and let it simmer for 2 minutes.
- Lower the heat, add grated cheese, salt, and pepper. Stir continuously until the cheese is fully melted and the sauce is smooth.
- Add cooked pasta to the pan and toss to coat well with the sauce.
- Serve hot topped with some more grated cheese.
