Creamy Garlic Parmesan Pasta

Ingredients:

  • 200 grams Pasta
  • 2 tablespoons Butter
  • 2 cloves Garlic
  • 1 cup Heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup Grated Parmesan cheese
  • to taste Salt
  • to taste Black pepper

Instructions:

  1. Cook pasta as per package instructions. Drain and keep aside.
  2. Melt butter in a pan over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté till it turns golden brown.
  3. Add heavy cream and let it simmer for 2 minutes.
  4. Lower the heat, add grated cheese, salt, and pepper. Stir continuously until the cheese is fully melted and the sauce is smooth.
  5. Add cooked pasta to the pan and toss to coat well with the sauce.
  6. Serve hot topped with some more grated cheese.
