
Creamy French Risotto

Ingredients:
- 1.5 cups Arborio rice
- 4.5 cups Chicken broth
- 0.5 cup White wine
- 1 whole Onion
- 2 whole Garlic cloves
- 4 tablespoons Unsalted butter
- 0.5 cup Fresh parmesan cheese
- to taste Salt and pepper
Instructions:
- Finely chop the onion and garlic.
- Melt the butter in a large saucepan over medium heat. Then, sauté the onion and garlic until they turn translucent.
- Stir in the arborio rice and cook for 2-3 minutes until the grains become slightly toasted.
- Pour in the white wine and keep stirring until it's completely absorbed by the rice.
- Add in the chicken broth, one cup at a time, while continuously stirring. Wait until each cup of broth is absorbed before adding the next. This process should take about 20-30 minutes.
- Once all the broth has been absorbed, the rice should be al dente. Stir in the parmesan cheese and season with salt and pepper.
- Serve warm and enjoy this creamy, comforting breakfast risotto.
