
Creamy Chicken and Rice Casserole

Ingredients:
- 3 pieces Boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1.5 cups Long grain rice
- 1 can Cream of chicken soup
- 2 cups Chicken broth
- 2 tbsp Butter
- 0.5 tsp Salt
- 0.25 tsp Pepper
- 1 cup Shredded cheddar cheese
Instructions:
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Grease a casserole dish and set it aside.
- Arrange the chicken breasts at the bottom of the dish, and sprinkle salt and pepper evenly on top.
- In a bowl, combine the rice, cream of chicken soup, and chicken broth.
- Pour the rice mixture over the chicken.
- Cut the butter into small slices and distribute evenly on top of the rice mixture.
- Cover the dish with aluminium foil and bake for 35 minutes.
- Remove the foil, sprinkle the shredded cheese on top, and bake uncovered for another 10 minutes, or until the cheese is golden and bubbly.
- Allow it to cool for a couple of minutes before serving.
