Côte de Porc Confit à l'Ail et aux Herbes (Garlic and Herb Infused Pork Chops)

Ingredients:

  • 4 pieces Pork chops
  • 8 pieces Garlic cloves
  • 4 sprigs Fresh thyme
  • 50 grams Butter
  • to taste Salt
  • to taste Black Pepper

Instructions:

  1. Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F).
  2. Season the pork chops with salt and pepper.
  3. In an ovenproof skillet, melt the butter over medium heat. Add the pork chops and cook each side until golden brown.
  4. Add the garlic cloves and thyme sprigs to the skillet.
  5. Transfer the skillet to the oven and cook for around 15 minutes, until the pork is cooked through.
  6. Serve the pork chops with some of the infused butter, garlic, and thyme from the skillet.
