
Côte de Porc Confit à l'Ail et aux Herbes (Garlic and Herb Infused Pork Chops)

Ingredients:
- 4 pieces Pork chops
- 8 pieces Garlic cloves
- 4 sprigs Fresh thyme
- 50 grams Butter
- to taste Salt
- to taste Black Pepper
Instructions:
- Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F).
- Season the pork chops with salt and pepper.
- In an ovenproof skillet, melt the butter over medium heat. Add the pork chops and cook each side until golden brown.
- Add the garlic cloves and thyme sprigs to the skillet.
- Transfer the skillet to the oven and cook for around 15 minutes, until the pork is cooked through.
- Serve the pork chops with some of the infused butter, garlic, and thyme from the skillet.
