
Comforting Seafood Ramen

Ingredients:
- 200 grams Seafood mix (shrimp, squid, scallops)
- 2 packets Ramen noodles
- 2 tablespoons White miso paste
- 2 tablespoons Soy sauce
- 2 stalks Green onions
- 2 cloves Garlic
- 1 sheet Kombu (Dried Kelp)
- 1 teaspoon Dashi powder
- 4 cups Water
- 1 ear Corn
- 1 slice Norwegian fish cake
- 2 Boiled egg
- 2 sheets Seaweed
Instructions:
- In a pot, add water, kombu, and dashi powder. Heat it over medium heat.
- Once it comes to a boil, remove the kombu and add the miso paste.
- In a separate pan, sauté the seafood mix until cooked. Set it aside.
- Cook the ramen noodles according to the packet instructions and set aside.
- To the pot, add the soy sauce and garlic. Let it simmer.
- Grill the corn and slice it. Set it aside.
- Assemble the ramen by placing noodles in a bowl, pour the soup over the noodles, and then top it with the seafood mix, grilled corn, boiled egg, sliced fish cake, green onions, and seaweed.
- Serve hot and enjoy this comforting seafood ramen.
