Comforting Mexican Pork Tacos

Ingredients:
- 2 lbs Pork shoulder
- 1 Onion
- 4 cloves Garlic
- 1 bunch Cilantro
- 2 cans Chipotle peppers in adobo sauce
- 2 cups Chicken broth
- 1 tsp Cumin
- 1 tsp Oregano
- to taste Salt
- to taste Pepper
- 12 Corn tortillas
- 1 Lime
- as needed Guacamole
Instructions:
- Chop the onion and cilantro, and mince the garlic.
- In a slow cooker, add the pork shoulder, onion, garlic, chopped cilantro, chipotle peppers, chicken broth, cumin, oregano, salt, and pepper.
- Set the slow cooker on low for 6 hours.
- After 6 hours, shred the pork using two forks. Mix it well with the sauce in the slow cooker.
- Heat the corn tortillas on a griddle or over the stove until they are slightly charred.
- Serve the shredded meat in the heated tortillas, top with guacamole, and a squeeze of lime. Enjoy your comforting Mexican pork tacos!
