
Comforting French Pasta Snack

Ingredients:
- 500 grams Pasta
- 100 grams Butter
- 2 tablespoons Flour
- 2 cups Whole milk
- 1.5 cups Gruyere cheese, grated
- 0.5 cups Parmesan cheese, grated
- 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
- to taste Salt
- to taste Pepper
- for garnish Freshly chopped parsley
Instructions:
- 1. Cook pasta in a large pot of boiling salted water until al dente. Drain and set aside.
- 2. In a large saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat. Add the flour and cook, stirring constantly, for 2 minutes.
- 3. Slowly add the milk to the saucepan while continuously stirring. Allow the mixture to cook for a few minutes until it begins to thicken.
- 4. Reduce the heat to low and stir in the grated Gruyere and Parmesan cheese until melted and smooth.
- 5. Add the Dijon mustard, salt, and pepper to the sauce and stir until well combined.
- 6. Add the cooked pasta to the sauce and stir until all the pasta is coated with the cheese sauce.
- 7. Serve the pasta immediately, garnished with freshly chopped parsley.
