Comfort Style Fish Tacos

Ingredients:

  • 500 grams White Fish
  • 8 pieces Taco Shells
  • 1 cup Medium Salsa
  • 2 cups Shredded Lettuce
  • 1 cup Cheddar Cheese
  • 1/2 cup Sour Cream
  • To taste Hot Sauce(optional)

Instructions:

  1. 1. Season the white fish with salt and pepper.
  2. 2. Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat, add the fish and cook for 4-5 minutes on each side. Fish should flake easily when it’s done.
  3. 3. Warm your taco shells as per packet instructions.
  4. 4. To assemble the tacos, add a spoonful of cooked fish, followed by salsa, lettuce, cheese, and a dollop of sour cream. If you like it spicy, you can also add some hot sauce.
  5. 5. Serve immediately and enjoy the delicious comfort of your homemade fish tacos.
