
Comfort Seafood Fried Rice

Ingredients:
- 3 cups Cooked Jasmine Rice
- 2 cups Mixed Seafood (shrimp, crab, scallops)
- 0.5 cup Green peas
- 0.5 cup Carrots
- 3 stalks Scallions
- 2 cloves Garlic
- 2 large Eggs
- 3 tablespoons Soy Sauce
- 1 teaspoon Sesame Oil
- to taste Salt
- to taste Pepper
Instructions:
- Rinse and drain the rice well. Set aside.
- Heat a pan over medium heat. Add a bit of oil and sauté the garlic until fragrant.
- Add in the mixed seafood and cook until they are cooked through. Remove from pan and set aside.
- In the same pan, add a bit more oil and pour in the eggs. Scramble the eggs and cook until they are fully cooked.
- Add in the rice, breaking any lumps and mixing it well with the eggs.
- Add in the cooked seafood, peas, and chopped carrots. Stir to mix well.
- Season with soy sauce, sesame oil, salt, and pepper. Mix everything well.
- Add in the chopped scallions, stir to combine all the ingredients.
- Your Comfort Seafood Fried Rice is ready to serve!
