
Classic Italian Chicken Parmesan

Ingredients:
- 4 pieces Boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 cup All-purpose flour
- 2 pieces Eggs
- 1.5 cups Breadcrumbs
- 1 cup Parmesan cheese
- As needed Olive oil
- 2 cups Marinara sauce
- 1.5 cups Mozzarella cheese
- To taste Basil leaves
- To taste Salt and pepper
Instructions:
- 1. Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).
- 2. Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper, then dredge them in flour.
- 3. Beat the eggs in a shallow bowl. In another bowl, combine the breadcrumbs and Parmesan cheese.
- 4. Dip the floured chicken into the beaten egg, then coat it in the breadcrumb mixture.
- 5. Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Cook the chicken until it's golden brown on both sides.
- 6. Place the chicken in a baking dish, spread marinara sauce over the top, and sprinkle with mozzarella cheese.
- 7. Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
- 8. Garnish with fresh basil leaves before serving.
