
Classic French Omelette

Ingredients:
- 4 whole Eggs
- 2 tablespoons Butter
- 1/4 cup Fresh chives
- 1/4 teaspoon Salt
- 1/8 teaspoon Black pepper
Instructions:
- In a bowl, whisk the eggs, chives, salt, and pepper.
- Heat a non-stick frying pan over medium-high heat. Add the butter and let it melt, coating the pan evenly.
- Pour the eggs into the pan and reduce the heat to low. Stir gently with a spatula, lifting the cooked edges to allow the uncooked eggs to flow underneath.
- When the eggs are mostly cooked but still slightly runny in the middle, fold the omelette in half and slide onto a plate. Serve immediately.
