
Classic French Fish Quiche

Ingredients:
- 1 sheet Puff pastry
- 2 medium Fish fillet
- 3 large Eggs
- 200 ml Cream
- 2 medium Shallots
- 2 large Garlic cloves
- 1 cup Shredded cheese
- 1 tsp Salt
- 0.5 tsp Black pepper
- 1 tbsp Dill
Instructions:
- Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F).
- Layout the puff pastry in a pie dish and prick the bottom with a fork.
- Bake the pastry for about 10 minutes, until it starts to brown.
- In a pan, saute the finely chopped shallots and garlic until they become translucent.
- Add the fish fillet to the pan and cook until it turns white. Flake the fish into small pieces.
- In a separate bowl, beat the eggs, add cream, salt, pepper, and dill. Mix well.
- Spread the flaked fish evenly over the pre-baked pastry shell.
- Pour the egg and cream mixture over the fish.
- Top with shredded cheese.
- Bake the quiche in the preheated oven for about 30 minutes, or until the filling is set and the top is golden brown.
- Let the quiche sit for a few minutes before serving.
