
Classic American Style Seafood Omelette

Ingredients:
- 8 units Eggs
- 1 cup Crab meat
- 8 units Shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 1 unit Green bell pepper, diced
- 1 unit Red onion, finely chopped
- 2 cloves Garlic, minced
- 1 cup Cheddar Cheese, shredded
- 2 tablespoons Butter
- to taste Salt and black pepper
Instructions:
- In a large bowl, whisk together the eggs. Season with salt and pepper.
- Melt butter in a non-stick frying pan over medium-high heat.
- Add the green pepper and onion to the pan and sauté until they are soft and beginning to brown.
- Add in the garlic, crab meat, and shrimp. Cook until the shrimp are pink and fully cooked.
- Lower the heat to medium. Pour in the eggs. Cook without stirring until the edges of the omelette are set.
- Sprinkle the shredded cheddar cheese on top of the omelette.
- Using a spatula, carefully fold the omelette in half. Cover the pan and cook for a minute until the cheese is melted.
- Cut the omelette into four portions. Serve immediately.
