
Classic American Scrambled Eggs with Bacon

Ingredients:
- 8 item Large eggs
- 8 strips Thick cut bacon
- 2 tablespoons Heavy cream
- 2 tablespoons Butter
- 1/2 teaspoon Salt
- 1/4 teaspoon Pepper
Instructions:
- In a large non-stick skillet, cook the bacon over medium heat until crispy. Remove from skillet and place on paper towel to absorb excess oil.
- While bacon is cooking, crack the eggs into a bowl. Add the heavy cream, salt and pepper. Whisk until well mixed.
- In the same skillet, melt the butter over medium heat.
- Pour the egg mixture into the skillet. Cook, gently folding the eggs from the outside to the center of the skillet, until soft curds form.
- Once the eggs are cooked to your desired level of doneness, remove from heat and serve with the crispy bacon.
