Classic American Scrambled Eggs with Bacon

Ingredients:

  • 8 item Large eggs
  • 8 strips Thick cut bacon
  • 2 tablespoons Heavy cream
  • 2 tablespoons Butter
  • 1/2 teaspoon Salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon Pepper

Instructions:

  1. In a large non-stick skillet, cook the bacon over medium heat until crispy. Remove from skillet and place on paper towel to absorb excess oil.
  2. While bacon is cooking, crack the eggs into a bowl. Add the heavy cream, salt and pepper. Whisk until well mixed.
  3. In the same skillet, melt the butter over medium heat.
  4. Pour the egg mixture into the skillet. Cook, gently folding the eggs from the outside to the center of the skillet, until soft curds form.
  5. Once the eggs are cooked to your desired level of doneness, remove from heat and serve with the crispy bacon.
