Servings: 4
Prep Time: 5 minutes
Cook Time: 10 minutes
Total Time: 15 minutes
Ingredients:
- 8 unit Eggs
- 1/4 cup Milk
- 1/2 teaspoon Salt
- 1/4 teaspoon Black pepper
- 2 tablespoons Butter
- 1 cup (shredded) Cheddar cheese
Instructions:
- First, crack the eggs into a bowl. Add the milk, salt, and pepper. Whisk until the mixture is smooth.
- Next, heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat. Add the butter and allow it to melt.
- Then, pour the egg mixture into the skillet. Let it sit, without stirring, until it starts to set around the edges.
- Now, using a spatula, gently push the eggs from the edges towards the center. Let sit again for about 10 seconds, then repeat pushing the eggs to the center.
- When the eggs are mostly cooked but still slightly runny, sprinkle the cheese over the top. Cover the skillet and reduce the heat to low.
- Finally, let it sit until the cheese is melted and the eggs are cooked to your liking. Serve hot.
