
Classic American Pork and Hash Breakfast

Ingredients:
- 8 pieces Pork sausages
- 2 large Russet potatoes
- 1 medium White onion
- 1 medium Green bell pepper
- 2 cloves Garlic cloves
- 4 large Eggs
- to taste Salt
- to taste Pepper
- 2 tablespoons Butter
Instructions:
- Preheat the oven to 350 °F (approx. 175 °C). Place pork sausages on a baking sheet and cook for 20 minutes, or until fully cooked.
- While the sausages are in the oven, peel and dice the potatoes, onion, and bell pepper. Mince the garlic.
- Pour a tablespoon of butter in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the diced potatoes and cook until golden brown and crispy.
- Add the remaining butter, diced onion, bell pepper, and garlic to the skillet. Stir and cook until the vegetables soften.
- Remove the cooked sausages from the oven and cut them into small slices. Add them to the skillet and mix well with the vegetables.
- In a separate pan, cook 4 eggs to your preference (suggested: sunny side up or over-easy).
- Season the hash with salt and pepper to taste.
- Serve the hash hot, topped with the cooked eggs.
