
Classic American Breakfast Skillet with Pork

Ingredients:
- 1 lb Pork sausage
- 2 large Potatoes
- 1 medium Onion
- 1 Red bell pepper
- 4 Eggs
- 1 cup Cheddar cheese
- to taste Salt
- to taste Black pepper
Instructions:
- 1. Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat, cook and crumble the pork until browned. Remove and set aside.
- 2. In the same skillet, add diced potatoes, cook until golden brown and crispy.
- 3. Add the chopped onion and diced bell pepper to the skillet, cook until onions are soft and translucent.
- 4. Return the cooked pork to the skillet, mix well. Make four wells in the mixture, crack an egg into each well.
- 5. Cover the skillet and cook for about 5 minutes, until the eggs are cooked to your liking.
- 6. Sprinkle shredded cheese over the top, cover again and let it melt.
- 7. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Serve hot.
