
Classic American Beef Sliders

Ingredients:
- 1 lb Ground Beef
- 12 pcs Slider Buns
- 12 slices Cheddar Cheese
- To Taste Lettuce
- 2 pcs Tomato
- 1 pcs Onion
- To Taste Pickle Slices
- To Taste Salt and Pepper
- To Taste Mayonnaise
- To Taste Ketchup
Instructions:
- In a bowl, season the ground beef with salt and pepper, then shape into 12 small patties.
- Heat a pan over medium-high heat. Cook the patties for about 4 minutes on each side or until they reach your desired level of doneness.
- Slice the buns open. On the bottom bun, put a layer of mayonnaise, then lettuce, a beef patty, a slice of cheese, tomato, onion, and pickle slices. Add a dollop of ketchup on top if desired, then put the top bun.
- Repeat steps for all sliders.
- Serve warm and enjoy!
