Classic American BBQ Ribs

Ingredients:
- 2 racks Baby back ribs
- 2 cups Barbecue sauce
- 2 tablespoons Brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon Paprika
- 1 teaspoon Black pepper
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1/2 teaspoon Cayenne pepper
Instructions:
- Preheat your oven to 275°F (135°C).
- In a small bowl, mix together the brown sugar, paprika, black pepper, salt, and cayenne pepper.
- Rub this spice mix onto both sides of the ribs, ensuring they are well coated.
- Place the ribs on a baking tray, cover with aluminum foil and cook in the preheated oven for approximately 3 hours, or until tender.
- Once the ribs are cooked, remove from the oven and coat with the barbecue sauce.
- Place the ribs back in the oven for another 10-15 minutes, or until the sauce is caramelized and sticky.
- Remove from the oven, allow to cool slightly, and then serve with extra barbecue sauce on the side.
