
Chinesen Healthy Veggie Stir-fry

Ingredients:
- 2 tablespoons Olive Oil
- 2 pieces Garlic cloves
- 1 medium-sized Red Bell Pepper
- 1 medium-sized Carrot
- 1 cup Broccoli
- 3 tablespoons Soy Sauce
- 1 tablespoon Sriracha
- 1 pinch Salt
- 2 cups, cooked Brown rice
Instructions:
- Heat the olive oil in a large pan over medium heat.
- Add the garlic, and sauté until fragrant and golden brown.
- Add the red bell pepper, carrot, and broccoli to the pan. Sauté for about 5 minutes, or until the veggies are tender.
- Drizzle the soy sauce and Sriracha over the vegetables, then stir to combine. Add the salt, and stir again.
- Serve the stir-fry over a bed of brown rice.
