
Chinese Vegetable Stir-Fry Pasta

Ingredients:
- 1 pound Whole Wheat Spaghetti Pasta
- 2 tablespoons Olive Oil
- 3 cloves Garlic
- 2 pieces Red and Yellow Bell Peppers
- 1 piece Zucchini
- 1 piece Carrot
- 3 tablespoons Low Sodium Soy Sauce
- 1 tablespoon Sesame Oil
- 2 pieces Scallions
- 1 tablespoon Sesame Seeds
Instructions:
- Cook the whole wheat spaghetti pasta according to the package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- In a large pan or wok, heat the olive oil over medium-high heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté until aromatic.
- Add the sliced bell peppers, zucchini, and carrot to the pan. Cook for about 5 minutes, or until the vegetables are tender.
- Add the cooked spaghetti, soy sauce, and sesame oil to the pan. Toss everything together until the pasta and vegetables are well coated.
