Chinese Vegetable Stir-Fry Pasta

Ingredients:

  • 1 pound Whole Wheat Spaghetti Pasta
  • 2 tablespoons Olive Oil
  • 3 cloves Garlic
  • 2 pieces Red and Yellow Bell Peppers
  • 1 piece Zucchini
  • 1 piece Carrot
  • 3 tablespoons Low Sodium Soy Sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Sesame Oil
  • 2 pieces Scallions
  • 1 tablespoon Sesame Seeds

Instructions:

  1. Cook the whole wheat spaghetti pasta according to the package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a large pan or wok, heat the olive oil over medium-high heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté until aromatic.
  3. Add the sliced bell peppers, zucchini, and carrot to the pan. Cook for about 5 minutes, or until the vegetables are tender.
  4. Add the cooked spaghetti, soy sauce, and sesame oil to the pan. Toss everything together until the pasta and vegetables are well coated.
  5. Garnish with sliced scallions and sesame seeds before serving. Enjoy this healthy and delicious Chinese spaghetti stir-fry!
