Ingredients:

  • 4 cups Mixed Vegetables
  • 3 cloves Garlic
  • 3 tablespoons Soy Sauce
  • 2 tablespoons Oyster Sauce
  • 2 tablespoons Vegetable Oil
  • 2 cups Rice
  • 4 Scrambled Eggs
  • 1 tablespoon Sesame Seeds

Instructions:

  1. 1. Start by cooking your rice according to the package instructions. Set aside once done.
  2. 2. While the rice is cooking, heat your vegetable oil in a large wok or frying pan over medium heat.
  3. 3. Once hot, add the minced garlic and sauté until golden brown.
  4. 4. Add the mixed vegetables to the pan and stir fry for about 5 minutes, or until they are tender and vibrant.
  5. 5. Add the soy sauce and oyster sauce to the vegetables, and stir everything together until the vegetables are well-coated in the sauces.
  6. 6. Once your rice is ready, add it to the wok and stir everything together.
  7. 7. Make a well in the center of the pan and add your scrambled eggs, stirring continuously until they are cooked through and evenly distributed.
