Ingredients:
- 4 cups Mixed Vegetables
- 3 cloves Garlic
- 3 tablespoons Soy Sauce
- 2 tablespoons Oyster Sauce
- 2 tablespoons Vegetable Oil
- 2 cups Rice
- 4 Scrambled Eggs
- 1 tablespoon Sesame Seeds
Instructions:
- 1. Start by cooking your rice according to the package instructions. Set aside once done.
- 2. While the rice is cooking, heat your vegetable oil in a large wok or frying pan over medium heat.
- 3. Once hot, add the minced garlic and sauté until golden brown.
- 4. Add the mixed vegetables to the pan and stir fry for about 5 minutes, or until they are tender and vibrant.
- 5. Add the soy sauce and oyster sauce to the vegetables, and stir everything together until the vegetables are well-coated in the sauces.
- 6. Once your rice is ready, add it to the wok and stir everything together.
- 7. Make a well in the center of the pan and add your scrambled eggs, stirring continuously until they are cooked through and evenly distributed.
