Chinese Style Seafood Fried Rice

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups Long-grain rice
  • 2 cups Mixed seafood (shrimp, squid, scallops)
  • 2 tablespoons Vegetable oil
  • 2 Eggs
  • 2 tablespoons Scallions, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon Garlic, minced
  • 1 cup Carrots, finely chopped
  • 3 tablespoons Soy sauce
  • 1 cup Frozen peas
  • 1 teaspoon Sesame oil

Instructions:

  1. Cook the rice according to package instructions and set aside to cool.
  2. In a large wok or skillet, heat the vegetable oil over medium-high heat.
  3. Add the mixed seafood to the wok and stir-fry for 2-3 minutes until cooked through. Remove the seafood from the wok and set aside.
  4. In the same wok, scramble the eggs and remove them from the wok and set aside with the seafood.
  5. Add the scallions, garlic, and carrots to the wok and stir-fry for 2-3 minutes.
  6. Add the cooked rice to the wok, along with the soy sauce, and stir-fry for 3-4 minutes, until everything is well mixed and heated through.
  7. Add the cooked seafood, scrambled eggs, and frozen peas to the wok, stirring to distribute evenly.
  8. Finally, drizzle with sesame oil, stir to combine, and serve immediately.
