
Chinese Style Seafood Fried Rice

Ingredients:
- 2 cups Long-grain rice
- 2 cups Mixed seafood (shrimp, squid, scallops)
- 2 tablespoons Vegetable oil
- 2 Eggs
- 2 tablespoons Scallions, chopped
- 1 tablespoon Garlic, minced
- 1 cup Carrots, finely chopped
- 3 tablespoons Soy sauce
- 1 cup Frozen peas
- 1 teaspoon Sesame oil
Instructions:
- Cook the rice according to package instructions and set aside to cool.
- In a large wok or skillet, heat the vegetable oil over medium-high heat.
- Add the mixed seafood to the wok and stir-fry for 2-3 minutes until cooked through. Remove the seafood from the wok and set aside.
- In the same wok, scramble the eggs and remove them from the wok and set aside with the seafood.
- Add the scallions, garlic, and carrots to the wok and stir-fry for 2-3 minutes.
- Add the cooked rice to the wok, along with the soy sauce, and stir-fry for 3-4 minutes, until everything is well mixed and heated through.
- Add the cooked seafood, scrambled eggs, and frozen peas to the wok, stirring to distribute evenly.
- Finally, drizzle with sesame oil, stir to combine, and serve immediately.
