
Chinese Style Mixed Vegetable Stir Fry

Ingredients:
- 1 cup Broccoli
- 1 cup Carrot
- 1 Bell Pepper
- 2 cloves Garlic
- 1 teaspoon Ginger
- 2 tablespoon Soy Sauce
- 1 tablespoon Sesame Oil
Instructions:
- Wash all vegetables thoroughly.
- Chop broccoli and carrot into bite-sized pieces.
- Thinly slice bell pepper.
- Mince the garlic and ginger.
- Heat sesame oil in a pan over medium heat.
- Add minced ginger and garlic, stir fry until it gets aromatic.
- Add broccoli, carrot, bell pepper into the pan, stir-fry for around 5-6 minutes.
- Pour soy sauce over vegetables and mix well.
- Stir-fry for another 3-4 minutes until all vegetables are well cooked but not soggy.
- Serve hot as a nutritious, healthy breakfast.
