Chinese Style Mixed Vegetable Stir Fry

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup Broccoli
  • 1 cup Carrot
  • 1 Bell Pepper
  • 2 cloves Garlic
  • 1 teaspoon Ginger
  • 2 tablespoon Soy Sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Sesame Oil

Instructions:

  1. Wash all vegetables thoroughly.
  2. Chop broccoli and carrot into bite-sized pieces.
  3. Thinly slice bell pepper.
  4. Mince the garlic and ginger.
  5. Heat sesame oil in a pan over medium heat.
  6. Add minced ginger and garlic, stir fry until it gets aromatic.
  7. Add broccoli, carrot, bell pepper into the pan, stir-fry for around 5-6 minutes.
  8. Pour soy sauce over vegetables and mix well.
  9. Stir-fry for another 3-4 minutes until all vegetables are well cooked but not soggy.
  10. Serve hot as a nutritious, healthy breakfast.
