Chinese-style Healthy Scrambled Eggs

Ingredients:

  • 4 pcs Eggs
  • 2 stalks Green onions
  • 2 medium size Tomatoes
  • 2 cloves Garlic
  • 2 tbsp Soy sauce
  • 1 tsp Sesame oil
  • 1 tbsp Olive oil
  • to taste Salt
  • to taste Pepper

Instructions:

  1. Crack the eggs into a bowl and beat them lightly.
  2. Dice the green onions, tomatoes, and garlic.
  3. Heat the olive oil in a non-stick frying pan on medium heat.
  4. Add the diced garlic to the pan and sauté until it turns golden brown.
  5. Add the diced tomatoes and cook until soft and juicy.
  6. Pour in the beaten eggs, add salt and pepper to taste, and scramble until partially cooked.
  7. Add the diced green onions and continue to scramble the eggs until fully cooked.
  8. Remove from heat and drizzle with sesame oil and soy sauce.
  9. Gently stir the mixture to evenly distribute the sauces.
