
Chinese-style Healthy Scrambled Eggs

Ingredients:
- 4 pcs Eggs
- 2 stalks Green onions
- 2 medium size Tomatoes
- 2 cloves Garlic
- 2 tbsp Soy sauce
- 1 tsp Sesame oil
- 1 tbsp Olive oil
- to taste Salt
- to taste Pepper
Instructions:
- Crack the eggs into a bowl and beat them lightly.
- Dice the green onions, tomatoes, and garlic.
- Heat the olive oil in a non-stick frying pan on medium heat.
- Add the diced garlic to the pan and sauté until it turns golden brown.
- Add the diced tomatoes and cook until soft and juicy.
- Pour in the beaten eggs, add salt and pepper to taste, and scramble until partially cooked.
- Add the diced green onions and continue to scramble the eggs until fully cooked.
- Remove from heat and drizzle with sesame oil and soy sauce.
- Gently stir the mixture to evenly distribute the sauces.
