
Chinese Style Comfort Rice Bowl

Ingredients:
- 2 tablespoons Cooking oil
- 4 cloves Garlic
- 1 medium White onion
- 2 heads Bok choy
- 3 tablespoons Soy sauce
- 2 cups Cooked jasmine rice
- 1 cup Chicken stock
- 2 Eggs
Instructions:
- Heat the cooking oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Add the garlic and white onion to the skillet, sautéing them until they become translucent.
- Then, add the bok choy to the skillet and cook it until it wilts. Stir in the soy sauce to season.
- Add the cooked jasmine rice to the skillet and stir it into the mixture, allowing it to absorb the flavors from the rest of the ingredients.
- Pour the chicken stock over the top of the rice, then lower the heat to a simmer and cover the skillet. Allow it to cook for about 10 minutes.
- Meanwhile, fry the eggs in a separate pan to your preferred level of doneness.
- When ready to serve, top each serving of the rice mixture with a fried egg.
