
Chinese Style Comfort Noodles

Ingredients:
- 500 grams Egg noodles
- 2 cloves Garlic
- 2 inches Ginger
- 2 stalks Spring onions
- 2 tablespoons Soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon Oyster sauce
- 1 tablespoon Sesame oil
- 2 Chicken breast
- 2 tablespoons Vegetable oil
- to taste Salt
- to taste Pepper
Instructions:
- Boil the egg noodles according to the instructions on the package, then drain and set aside.
- While the noodles are cooking, mince the garlic and ginger, and chop the spring onions.
- Cut the chicken breast into thin slices, then season with salt and pepper.
- In a large wok or frying pan, heat the vegetable oil over medium heat.
- Add the garlic and ginger to the pan and sauté until fragrant, about one minute.
- Add the chicken to the pan and cook until no longer pink, about five minutes.
- Add the cooked noodles, soy sauce, oyster sauce, and half of the spring onions to the pan. Stir well to combine.
- Cook for another two minutes, until everything is heated through.
- Drizzle the sesame oil over the top, then remove from heat.
- Garnish with the remaining spring onions before serving.
