
Chinese style Chicken Stir-Fry

Ingredients:
- 2 Boneless chicken breasts
- 1/4 cup Soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons Cornstarch
- 2 tablespoons Vegetable oil
- 1 Bell pepper
- 2 cloves Chopped garlic
- 1/2 teaspoon Red chili flakes
- 2 tablespoons Chopped green onions
- 1/2 teaspoon Salt
- 1/4 teaspoon White pepper
Instructions:
- 1. Cut the chicken into thin slices and marinate with soy sauce and cornstarch for 10 minutes.
- 2. While the chicken is marinating, chop the bell pepper and green onions. Preheat your pan over medium heat and add vegetable oil.
- 3. Add the chopped garlic and red chili flakes to the pan and sauté for about a minute.
- 4. Increase the heat to high and add the marinated chicken slices, stir-frying for about 6-8 minutes until they are fully cooked.
- 5. Add the bell pepper, stir well, and then add salt and white pepper. Stir-fry for an additional 2-3 minutes.
- 6. Stir in the green onions just before serving.
