Chinese style Chicken Stir-Fry

Ingredients:

  • 2 Boneless chicken breasts
  • 1/4 cup Soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons Cornstarch
  • 2 tablespoons Vegetable oil
  • 1 Bell pepper
  • 2 cloves Chopped garlic
  • 1/2 teaspoon Red chili flakes
  • 2 tablespoons Chopped green onions
  • 1/2 teaspoon Salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon White pepper

Instructions:

  1. 1. Cut the chicken into thin slices and marinate with soy sauce and cornstarch for 10 minutes.
  2. 2. While the chicken is marinating, chop the bell pepper and green onions. Preheat your pan over medium heat and add vegetable oil.
  3. 3. Add the chopped garlic and red chili flakes to the pan and sauté for about a minute.
  4. 4. Increase the heat to high and add the marinated chicken slices, stir-frying for about 6-8 minutes until they are fully cooked.
  5. 5. Add the bell pepper, stir well, and then add salt and white pepper. Stir-fry for an additional 2-3 minutes.
  6. 6. Stir in the green onions just before serving.
