Ingredients:
- 6 units Eggs
- 2 tablespoons Sesame oil
- 3 units Green onions
- 1 tablespoon Soy sauce
- 0.5 teaspoon Pepper
Instructions:
- Beat the eggs in a bowl.
- Chop the green onions into small pieces.
- Heat the sesame oil in a pan.
- Pour the beaten eggs into the pan.
- Stir-fry the eggs until they are nearly cooked through.
- Add the chopped green onions, soy sauce, and pepper.
- Stir-fry for a few more minutes until the eggs are fully cooked.
- Serve the stir-fried eggs hot, garnished with a few more green onions.
