Ingredients:

  • 6 units Eggs
  • 2 tablespoons Sesame oil
  • 3 units Green onions
  • 1 tablespoon Soy sauce
  • 0.5 teaspoon Pepper

Instructions:

  1. Beat the eggs in a bowl.
  2. Chop the green onions into small pieces.
  3. Heat the sesame oil in a pan.
  4. Pour the beaten eggs into the pan.
  5. Stir-fry the eggs until they are nearly cooked through.
  6. Add the chopped green onions, soy sauce, and pepper.
  7. Stir-fry for a few more minutes until the eggs are fully cooked.
  8. Serve the stir-fried eggs hot, garnished with a few more green onions.
