Chinese Steamed Pork Buns (Baozi)

Ingredients:
- 1 pound Pork belly
- 4 stalks Spring onions
- 1 inch piece Ginger
- 2 tablespoons Soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon Oyster sauce
- 1 tablespoon Sugar
- 1 batch Dough for Baozi
Instructions:
- Chop the pork belly into small pieces.
- Finely chop the spring onions and ginger.
- Combine the pork, spring onions, ginger, soy sauce, oyster sauce, and sugar in a bowl. Mix well and marinate for at least 1 hour.
- Divide the dough into 12 equal parts and roll each part into a ball.
- Flatten each ball of dough and add a spoonful of the pork filling to the center. Gather the edges and twist to seal the pork inside the dough. Repeat with the rest of the dough and filling.
- Place the buns on a piece of parchment paper in a steamer and steam for 15 minutes over high heat. The buns should be soft and fluffy and the pork filling should be fully cooked.
- Serve hot for a hearty Chinese breakfast.
