
Chinese Spicy Vegetable Stir-fry

Ingredients:
- 4 cups mixed vegetables (broccoli, bell peppers, carrots)
- 3 cloves garlic
- 1 inch ginger
- 3 tablespoons soy sauce
- 2 teaspoons red chili flakes
- 2 tablespoons sesame oil
Instructions:
- Clean and chop the mixed vegetables into bite-sized pieces.
- Mince the garlic and finely grate the ginger.
- Heat the sesame oil in a wok on medium heat. Add the garlic, ginger and chili flakes and stir-fry for 2 minutes until fragrant.
- Add the chopped vegetables and stir-fry for 5 minutes.
- Pour over the soy sauce and continue to stir-fry for another 3 minutes.
- Serve immediately, garnish with more chili flakes if desired.
