Chinese Spicy Seafood Stir-Fry

Ingredients:

  • 500 grams prawns
  • 300 grams squid
  • 300 grams mussels
  • 3 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon szechuan peppercorn
  • 4 cloves garlic
  • 1 inch piece ginger
  • 2 piece red bell peppers
  • 3 piece spring onions
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil

Instructions:

  1. Clean and prepare all seafood.
  2. Finely chop garlic, ginger, bell peppers and spring onions.
  3. Heat vegetable oil in a wok over medium-high heat.
  4. Add szechuan peppercorn, garlic and ginger. Fry till aromatic.
  5. Add prepared seafood and stir-fry until it turns opaque.
  6. Add soy sauce and sliced bell peppers, stir well.
  7. Serve hot with steamed rice, garnished with chopped spring onions.
