
Chinese Spicy Seafood Stir-Fry

Ingredients:
- 500 grams prawns
- 300 grams squid
- 300 grams mussels
- 3 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon szechuan peppercorn
- 4 cloves garlic
- 1 inch piece ginger
- 2 piece red bell peppers
- 3 piece spring onions
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
Instructions:
- Clean and prepare all seafood.
- Finely chop garlic, ginger, bell peppers and spring onions.
- Heat vegetable oil in a wok over medium-high heat.
- Add szechuan peppercorn, garlic and ginger. Fry till aromatic.
- Add prepared seafood and stir-fry until it turns opaque.
- Add soy sauce and sliced bell peppers, stir well.
- Serve hot with steamed rice, garnished with chopped spring onions.
