
Chinese Seafood Stir-fry

Ingredients:
- 200 grams Shrimp
- 200 grams Squid
- 200 grams Scallops
- 2 stalks Celery
- 1 piece Red Bell Pepper
- 2 tablespoons Soy Sauce
- 1 tablespoon Oyster Sauce
- 3 cloves Garlic
- 4 stalks Green Onion
- 1 inch Ginger
- 2 tablespoons Canola oil
- 1 tablespoon Cornstarch
Instructions:
- Clean and cut all seafood into bite-size pieces. Marinate with a teaspoon of soy sauce and cornstarch.
- Slice the celery, bell pepper, green onion, ginger, and garlic.
- Heat a tablespoon of oil in a wok or frying pan over medium-high heat. Stir-fry ginger and garlic until fragrant.
- Add the shrimp, squid, and scallops to the wok. Stir-fry for about 2 minutes or until they just turn opaque. Remove seafood from the wok and set aside.
- In the same wok, add another tablespoon of oil. Stir-fry red bell pepper and celery for about 2 minutes or until slightly softened.
- Return the seafood to the wok along with the remaining soy sauce and oyster sauce. Stir well to combine.
- Cook for another 2 minutes, then add the sliced green onions. Stir well again and cook for another minute.
- Serve hot over white or fried rice.
