Prep Time: 30 minutes

Cook Time: 15 minutes

Total Time: 45 minutes

Ingredients:

  • 200 grams Shrimp
  • 200 grams Squid
  • 200 grams Scallops
  • 2 stalks Celery
  • 1 piece Red Bell Pepper
  • 2 tablespoons Soy Sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Oyster Sauce
  • 3 cloves Garlic
  • 4 stalks Green Onion
  • 1 inch Ginger
  • 2 tablespoons Canola oil
  • 1 tablespoon Cornstarch

Instructions:

  1. Clean and cut all seafood into bite-size pieces. Marinate with a teaspoon of soy sauce and cornstarch.
  2. Slice the celery, bell pepper, green onion, ginger, and garlic.
  3. Heat a tablespoon of oil in a wok or frying pan over medium-high heat. Stir-fry ginger and garlic until fragrant.
  4. Add the shrimp, squid, and scallops to the wok. Stir-fry for about 2 minutes or until they just turn opaque. Remove seafood from the wok and set aside.
  5. In the same wok, add another tablespoon of oil. Stir-fry red bell pepper and celery for about 2 minutes or until slightly softened.
  6. Return the seafood to the wok along with the remaining soy sauce and oyster sauce. Stir well to combine.
  7. Cook for another 2 minutes, then add the sliced green onions. Stir well again and cook for another minute.
  8. Serve hot over white or fried rice.
