
Chinese Seafood Spring Rolls

Ingredients:
- 200 grams Shrimp
- 150 grams Crab sticks
- 16 pieces Spring roll wrappers
- 1 large Carrot
- 1/2 head Cabbage
- 2 cloves Garlic
- 1 tablespoon Oyster sauce
- 1 tablespoon Soy sauce
- as needed for frying Vegetable oil
Instructions:
- Finely chop the shrimp and crab sticks.
- Shred the cabbage and grate the carrot.
- In a pan, heat a little oil and sauté the garlic until brown.
- Add the shrimp, crab sticks, carrot, cabbage, oyster sauce, and soy sauce. Cook for a few minutes until ingredients are well mixed and cooked.
- Place a spoonful of the shrimp and vegetable mixture onto each spring roll wrapper and fold according to package directions.
- Heat up a pot of vegetable oil. Fry the spring rolls until golden brown.
- Drain the spring rolls on kitchen paper to remove excess oil.
- Serve hot with soy sauce or sweet chili sauce.
