Chinese Seafood Spring Rolls

Ingredients:

  • 200 grams Shrimp
  • 150 grams Crab sticks
  • 16 pieces Spring roll wrappers
  • 1 large Carrot
  • 1/2 head Cabbage
  • 2 cloves Garlic
  • 1 tablespoon Oyster sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Soy sauce
  • as needed for frying Vegetable oil

Instructions:

  1. Finely chop the shrimp and crab sticks.
  2. Shred the cabbage and grate the carrot.
  3. In a pan, heat a little oil and sauté the garlic until brown.
  4. Add the shrimp, crab sticks, carrot, cabbage, oyster sauce, and soy sauce. Cook for a few minutes until ingredients are well mixed and cooked.
  5. Place a spoonful of the shrimp and vegetable mixture onto each spring roll wrapper and fold according to package directions.
  6. Heat up a pot of vegetable oil. Fry the spring rolls until golden brown.
  7. Drain the spring rolls on kitchen paper to remove excess oil.
  8. Serve hot with soy sauce or sweet chili sauce.
