Chinese Scrambled Eggs with Tomatoes

Ingredients:

  • 4 None Eggs
  • 2 Medium Sized Tomatoes
  • 2 Stalks Green Onion
  • 1 Tsp White Sugar
  • To taste None Salt
  • To taste None White Pepper
  • 1 Tbsp Soy Sauce
  • 1 Tsp Sesame Oil

Instructions:

  1. 1. Crack the eggs into a bowl and beat until mixed.
  2. 2. Cut the tomatoes into small pieces and chop the green onions.
  3. 3. Heat some oil in a pan and scramble the eggs on medium heat. Once done, set them aside.
  4. 4. In the same pan, add some more oil if needed then add the tomatoes, green onions, salt, white pepper and sugar. Cook until the tomatoes are soft.
  5. 5. Add the scrambled eggs back into the pan and mix with the tomatoes.
  6. 6. Drizzle in the soy sauce and sesame oil, give it a good stir. Serve hot and enjoy your Chinese Scrambled Eggs with Tomatoes.
