
Chinese Scrambled Eggs with Tomatoes

Ingredients:
- 4 None Eggs
- 2 Medium Sized Tomatoes
- 2 Stalks Green Onion
- 1 Tsp White Sugar
- To taste None Salt
- To taste None White Pepper
- 1 Tbsp Soy Sauce
- 1 Tsp Sesame Oil
Instructions:
- 1. Crack the eggs into a bowl and beat until mixed.
- 2. Cut the tomatoes into small pieces and chop the green onions.
- 3. Heat some oil in a pan and scramble the eggs on medium heat. Once done, set them aside.
- 4. In the same pan, add some more oil if needed then add the tomatoes, green onions, salt, white pepper and sugar. Cook until the tomatoes are soft.
- 5. Add the scrambled eggs back into the pan and mix with the tomatoes.
- 6. Drizzle in the soy sauce and sesame oil, give it a good stir. Serve hot and enjoy your Chinese Scrambled Eggs with Tomatoes.
