
Chinese Scrambled Eggs

Ingredients:
- 4 pcs Eggs
- 2 stalks Green onions
- 2 tbsp Soy sauce
- 1 tsp Sesame oil
- to taste Salt
- to taste Black pepper
- 1 tbsp Cooking oil
Instructions:
- Chop the green onions into thin slices.
- Crack eggs into a bowl, add salt, pepper, soy sauce and sesame oil, and then beat until well combined.
- Heat cooking oil in a pan over medium heat.
- Pour the beaten eggs into the pan. Cook without stirring until they start to set around the edges.
- Stir the eggs gently with a spatula, pulling them from the edge towards the center.
- Continue cooking and stirring until the eggs are mostly cooked but still slightly runny. This should take about 2 to 3 minutes.
- Add the chopped green onions and stir through the eggs till well combined. Remove from heat and let the residual heat finish cooking the eggs.
- Serve the scrambled eggs immediately while hot.
