
Chinese Noodle Snack Bowl

Ingredients:
- 200 grams Dried Asian noodles
- 3 tablespoons Soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons Sesame oil
- 2 cloves Garlic
- 3 Green onions
- 2 inches Fresh ginger
- 1 teaspoon Red chili flakes
Instructions:
- Step 1: Cook the Asian noodles according to the package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- Step 2: In a bowl, mix the soy sauce, sesame oil, and red chili flakes.
- Step 3: Finely chop the ginger, garlic, and green onions. Keep some green onions aside for garnish.
- Step 4: Heat a pan over medium heat and add the garlic, ginger, and green onions. Saute until fragrant.
- Step 5: Add the drained noodles to the pan and toss well to combine with the garlic, ginger, and green onions.
- Step 6: Pour the soy sauce mixture over the noodles and toss again to combine everything.
- Step 7: Serve the noodle bowls hot, garnished with reserved green onions.
