Chinese Noodle Snack Bowl

Ingredients:

  • 200 grams Dried Asian noodles
  • 3 tablespoons Soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons Sesame oil
  • 2 cloves Garlic
  • 3 Green onions
  • 2 inches Fresh ginger
  • 1 teaspoon Red chili flakes

Instructions:

  1. Step 1: Cook the Asian noodles according to the package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. Step 2: In a bowl, mix the soy sauce, sesame oil, and red chili flakes.
  3. Step 3: Finely chop the ginger, garlic, and green onions. Keep some green onions aside for garnish.
  4. Step 4: Heat a pan over medium heat and add the garlic, ginger, and green onions. Saute until fragrant.
  5. Step 5: Add the drained noodles to the pan and toss well to combine with the garlic, ginger, and green onions.
  6. Step 6: Pour the soy sauce mixture over the noodles and toss again to combine everything.
  7. Step 7: Serve the noodle bowls hot, garnished with reserved green onions.
