Chinese Fruit Salad

Ingredients:

  • 1 each Mixed Fruits (apple, orange, kiwi, dragon fruit)
  • 1 each Lime
  • 2 Tbsp Honey
  • a handful Fresh mint leaves
  • .5 cup Roasted almonds
  • 2 Tbsp Sesame seeds

Instructions:

  1. Peel and cut the fruits into bite-sized pieces. Place them in a large bowl.
  2. Squeeze the juice out of the lime and drizzle it over the fruits.
  3. Add honey to the bowl and gently toss to combine and coat the fruits evenly.
  4. Finely chop the mint leaves and add them to the bowl.
  5. Sprinkle the roasted almonds and sesame seeds over the fruit.
  6. Serve immediately for best taste or chill it in the fridge before serving if you prefer it cold. Enjoy your refreshing Chinese Fruit Salad!
