Chinese Egg Fried Rice

Ingredients:

  • 3 whole Eggs
  • 2 cups Jasmine Rice
  • 2 tablespoons Soy Sauce
  • 2 stalks Green Onion
  • 2 cloves Garlic
  • 2 tablespoons Vegetable Oil
  • to taste Salt
  • pinch Pepper

Instructions:

  1. Beat the eggs and set them aside.
  2. On a pan, add the oil and when heated, add chopped green onions and minced garlic.
  3. Add the beaten eggs and quickly stir till they scramble softly. Remove the eggs and set them aside.
  4. In the same pan, add more oil if needed, then add the cooked rice and stir well.
  5. Add the soy sauce, salt and pepper as needed. Mix well to ensure all the rice is coated with the soy sauce.
  6. Add back the scrambled eggs and mix well.
  7. Serve your Chinese Egg Fried Rice hot, garnished with some more chopped green onions.
