
Chinese Egg Fried Rice

Ingredients:
- 3 whole Eggs
- 2 cups Jasmine Rice
- 2 tablespoons Soy Sauce
- 2 stalks Green Onion
- 2 cloves Garlic
- 2 tablespoons Vegetable Oil
- to taste Salt
- pinch Pepper
Instructions:
- Beat the eggs and set them aside.
- On a pan, add the oil and when heated, add chopped green onions and minced garlic.
- Add the beaten eggs and quickly stir till they scramble softly. Remove the eggs and set them aside.
- In the same pan, add more oil if needed, then add the cooked rice and stir well.
- Add the soy sauce, salt and pepper as needed. Mix well to ensure all the rice is coated with the soy sauce.
- Add back the scrambled eggs and mix well.
- Serve your Chinese Egg Fried Rice hot, garnished with some more chopped green onions.
