
Chinese Egg Foo Young

Ingredients:
- 6 whole Eggs
- 2 stalks Green onions
- 1 cup Bean sprouts
- 1 cup Cooked shrimp
- 1 cup Fine chopped ham
- 2 tbsp Soy sauce
- 3 tbsp Sesame oil
- 1 cup Gravy sauce
Instructions:
- In a bowl, beat the eggs with a pinch of salt and pepper.
- Stir in the green onions, bean sprouts, shrimp, and ham to the eggs.
- Heat 2 tablespoons of sesame oil in a wok over medium-high heat.
- Pour the egg mixture into the wok, and cook until golden brown. Flip once to ensure both sides are cooked well.
- In a small saucepan, heat the gravy sauce.
- Cut the cooked egg mixture into four pieces. Plate and pour over the hot gravy sauce.
- Serve hot, complemented with hot rice or noodles.
