Chinese Egg Foo Young

Ingredients:

  • 6 whole Eggs
  • 2 stalks Green onions
  • 1 cup Bean sprouts
  • 1 cup Cooked shrimp
  • 1 cup Fine chopped ham
  • 2 tbsp Soy sauce
  • 3 tbsp Sesame oil
  • 1 cup Gravy sauce

Instructions:

  1. In a bowl, beat the eggs with a pinch of salt and pepper.
  2. Stir in the green onions, bean sprouts, shrimp, and ham to the eggs.
  3. Heat 2 tablespoons of sesame oil in a wok over medium-high heat.
  4. Pour the egg mixture into the wok, and cook until golden brown. Flip once to ensure both sides are cooked well.
  5. In a small saucepan, heat the gravy sauce.
  6. Cut the cooked egg mixture into four pieces. Plate and pour over the hot gravy sauce.
  7. Serve hot, complemented with hot rice or noodles.
