
Chinese Comfort Food Egg Fried Rice

Ingredients:
- 4 full Eggs
- 3 cups Cooked jasmine rice
- 2 tablespoons Vegetable oil
- 3 tablespoons Soy sauce
- 3 full Green onions
- 2 full Garlic cloves
- 1 teaspoon Sesame oil
- 1 cup Peas
- 1 cup Carrots
- to taste Salt
- to taste Pepper
Instructions:
- Beat the eggs in a bowl and set aside.
- Heat half the oil in a wok. Add the garlic and sauté until fragrant.
- Add the beaten eggs and scramble until lightly set.
- Remove the scrambled eggs, clean the wok, and heat the remaining oil.
- Add the carrots and peas, stir frying until tender.
- Add the rice, stir until well mixed with the vegetables.
- Stir in the soy sauce and sesame oil.
- Add the scrambled eggs back into the wok and stir racing until well combined.
- Add the green onions, salt, and pepper. Stir fry for another minute.
- Serve warm and enjoy your comfort meal!
