
Chinese Chicken Lettuce Wraps

Ingredients:
- 2 pieces Boneless skinless chicken breasts
- 1/4 cup Hoison sauce
- 2 tablespoons Soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon Sesame oil
- 1 teaspoon Fresh ginger
- 2 cloves Garlic
- 1/4 cup Green onions
- 1 head Butter lettuce
Instructions:
- 1. Heat the oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the chicken and cook until browned and no longer pink in the middle, about 5 minutes.
- 2. While the chicken is cooking, mix together the hoisin sauce, soy sauce, sesame oil, ginger and garlic in a small bowl.
- 3. Add the sauce to the pan with the chicken and stir to coat. Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes, until the sauce has thickened slightly.
- 4. To serve, spoon several tablespoons of the chicken mixture onto a lettuce leaf. Top with green onions, fold over the edges of the lettuce to envelope the chicken, and enjoy!
