Chinese Chicken Lettuce Wraps

Ingredients:

  • 2 pieces Boneless skinless chicken breasts
  • 1/4 cup Hoison sauce
  • 2 tablespoons Soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Sesame oil
  • 1 teaspoon Fresh ginger
  • 2 cloves Garlic
  • 1/4 cup Green onions
  • 1 head Butter lettuce

Instructions:

  1. 1. Heat the oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the chicken and cook until browned and no longer pink in the middle, about 5 minutes.
  2. 2. While the chicken is cooking, mix together the hoisin sauce, soy sauce, sesame oil, ginger and garlic in a small bowl.
  3. 3. Add the sauce to the pan with the chicken and stir to coat. Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes, until the sauce has thickened slightly.
  4. 4. To serve, spoon several tablespoons of the chicken mixture onto a lettuce leaf. Top with green onions, fold over the edges of the lettuce to envelope the chicken, and enjoy!
