
Chinese Breakfast Fried Rice

Ingredients:
- 2 cups Cooked rice
- 2 Eggs
- 2 tablespoons Chopped green onions
- 1 tablespoon Soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons Vegetable oil
- 1/2 cup Sliced ham
Instructions:
- Heat 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil in a pan over medium-high heat. Add the eggs and scramble until fully cooked. Remove them from the pan and set aside.
- Add the remaining tablespoon of oil in the pan. Add the ham and cook until it's slightly crisp.
- Stir in the cooked rice, make sure it gets well coated with the oil. Cook for a few minutes until the rice gets a bit crispy.
- Add the scrambled eggs back in, along with the green onions. Drizzle the soy sauce over top, and stir everything together until well mixed.
- Serve your Chinese Breakfast Fried Rice hot and enjoy!
