Chinese Breakfast Fried Rice

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups Cooked rice
  • 2 Eggs
  • 2 tablespoons Chopped green onions
  • 1 tablespoon Soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons Vegetable oil
  • 1/2 cup Sliced ham

Instructions:

  1. Heat 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil in a pan over medium-high heat. Add the eggs and scramble until fully cooked. Remove them from the pan and set aside.
  2. Add the remaining tablespoon of oil in the pan. Add the ham and cook until it's slightly crisp.
  3. Stir in the cooked rice, make sure it gets well coated with the oil. Cook for a few minutes until the rice gets a bit crispy.
  4. Add the scrambled eggs back in, along with the green onions. Drizzle the soy sauce over top, and stir everything together until well mixed.
  5. Serve your Chinese Breakfast Fried Rice hot and enjoy!
