Chinese Beef Dumplings

Ingredients:
- 1 cup Ground Beef
- 2 cups Cabbage
- 2 tablespoons Soy Sauce
- 1 tablespoon Sesame Oil
- 2 stalks Green Onion
- 1 tablespoon Ginger
- 50 pieces Dumpling Wrappers
Instructions:
- Combine ground beef, finely chopped cabbage, soy sauce, sesame oil, finely chopped green onions, and ginger in a bowl. Mix well.
- Place one dumpling wrapper on your hand, put a spoonful of the beef mixture in the middle of the wrapper. Moist the edges of the wrapper with water, fold and pinch to form a half-moon shape. Repeat for remaining wrappers.
- Heat vegetable oil in a pan over medium heat. Place dumplings in the pan and fry until the bottom becomes golden brown and crispy.
- Pour a thin layer of water into the pan. Cover and cook until the water is absorbed.
- Serve hot with soy sauce.
