Chinese Beef Dumplings

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup Ground Beef
  • 2 cups Cabbage
  • 2 tablespoons Soy Sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Sesame Oil
  • 2 stalks Green Onion
  • 1 tablespoon Ginger
  • 50 pieces Dumpling Wrappers

Instructions:

  1. Combine ground beef, finely chopped cabbage, soy sauce, sesame oil, finely chopped green onions, and ginger in a bowl. Mix well.
  2. Place one dumpling wrapper on your hand, put a spoonful of the beef mixture in the middle of the wrapper. Moist the edges of the wrapper with water, fold and pinch to form a half-moon shape. Repeat for remaining wrappers.
  3. Heat vegetable oil in a pan over medium heat. Place dumplings in the pan and fry until the bottom becomes golden brown and crispy.
  4. Pour a thin layer of water into the pan. Cover and cook until the water is absorbed.
  5. Serve hot with soy sauce.
