Chinese Apple Pancakes

Ingredients:

  • 2 Apples
  • 200 grams Plain Flour
  • 200 milliliters Milk
  • 2 Eggs
  • 2 tablespoons Vegetable Oil
  • 3 tablespoons Honey
  • 1/2 teaspoon Cinnamon Powder

Instructions:

  1. 1. Peel and core the apples. Cut them into thin slices.
  2. 2. In a bowl, mix the flour, milk and eggs to make a pancake batter.
  3. 3. Heat a tablespoon of oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Dip the apple slices in the batter and place them in the pan. Cook until golden brown on both sides.
  4. 4. Repeat with the remaining apple slices and batter, adding more oil as needed.
  5. 5. In a small pot, heat the honey and cinnamon over low heat until warm.
  6. 6. Drizzle the warm honey over the cooked apple pancakes before serving.
