
Chinese Apple Pancakes

Ingredients:
- 2 Apples
- 200 grams Plain Flour
- 200 milliliters Milk
- 2 Eggs
- 2 tablespoons Vegetable Oil
- 3 tablespoons Honey
- 1/2 teaspoon Cinnamon Powder
Instructions:
- 1. Peel and core the apples. Cut them into thin slices.
- 2. In a bowl, mix the flour, milk and eggs to make a pancake batter.
- 3. Heat a tablespoon of oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Dip the apple slices in the batter and place them in the pan. Cook until golden brown on both sides.
- 4. Repeat with the remaining apple slices and batter, adding more oil as needed.
- 5. In a small pot, heat the honey and cinnamon over low heat until warm.
- 6. Drizzle the warm honey over the cooked apple pancakes before serving.
