
Chicken Teriyaki Bowl

Ingredients:
- 2 pieces Chicken Breasts
- 50 ml Soy Sauce
- 2 tablespoons Honey
- 2 cloves Garlic
- 1 teaspoon Freshly Grated ginger
- 1 tablespoon Vegetable oil
- 2 cups Cooked white rice
- 2 stalks Spring Onions
- to taste none Sesame seeds
Instructions:
- Begin by seasoning the chicken breasts with salt and pepper, then set aside.
- Mix the soy sauce, honey, minced garlic, and grated ginger in a bowl. This will be your teriyaki sauce.
- Heat oil in a frying pan and cook the chicken until it's golden, about 7 minutes each side.
- Pour the teriyaki sauce over the chicken and let it simmer until the sauce has thickened, approximately 5 minutes.
- Serve the chicken over cooked rice, garnish with chopped spring onions and sesame seeds.
