
Chicken Croissant Casserole

Ingredients:
- 2 cups Cooked chicken breast, shredded
- 6 pieces Croissants, chopped
- 1 bar Butter
- 2 tablespoons All-purpose flour
- 2 cups Milk
- 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
- 1 cup Cheese, shredded
- 0.5 teaspoon Salt
- 0.25 teaspoon Pepper
Instructions:
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a skillet, melt butter over medium heat. Stir in flour until the mixture becomes thick and bubbly.
- Slowly whisk in milk until the mixture is smooth. Bring to a boil and stir for 2 more minutes.
- Remove from heat and stir in mustard, cheese, salt, and pepper until the cheese melts.
- In a large bowl, combine the chicken and chopped croissants. Pour the sauce over the top and toss to combine.
- Pour the mixture into a greased 9x13 inch baking dish.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 30 minutes, or until the top is golden brown and the casserole is bubbly.
- Serve the Chicken Croissant Casserole warm for a hearty French breakfast.
