
Chicken Biryani

Ingredients:
- 500 grams chicken
- 2 cups Basmati rice
- 2 large onions
- 3 cloves garlic
- 4 pieces naan bread
- 4 tablespoons natural yogurt
- 2 large tomatoes
- 1 large green peppers
- to taste spices
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
Instructions:
- Chop the onions and garlic and fry them in a pan with the vegetable oil.
- After the onions and garlic are golden, add the chicken and cook until it's white.
- Add the tomatoes and peppers, followed by the spices, and let it simmer for 10 minutes.
- In a pot, cook the Basmati rice following the package instructions.
- Mix the cooked rice with the chicken and veggies, and serve with naan bread and a dollop of natural yogurt.
