Chicken Biryani

Ingredients:

  • 500 grams chicken
  • 2 cups Basmati rice
  • 2 large onions
  • 3 cloves garlic
  • 4 pieces naan bread
  • 4 tablespoons natural yogurt
  • 2 large tomatoes
  • 1 large green peppers
  • to taste spices
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil

Instructions:

  1. Chop the onions and garlic and fry them in a pan with the vegetable oil.
  2. After the onions and garlic are golden, add the chicken and cook until it's white.
  3. Add the tomatoes and peppers, followed by the spices, and let it simmer for 10 minutes.
  4. In a pot, cook the Basmati rice following the package instructions.
  5. Mix the cooked rice with the chicken and veggies, and serve with naan bread and a dollop of natural yogurt.
