
Cheesy Macaroni and Cheese

Ingredients:
- 2 cups Elbow Macaroni
- 1/4 cup Butter
- 2 tablespoons All-Purpose Flour
- 1 cup Whole Milk
- 1/2 cup Cream Cheese
- 1 cup Sharp Cheddar Cheese
- 1/2 teaspoon Salt
- 1/4 teaspoon Black Pepper
Instructions:
- Bring a large pot of lightly salted water to a boil. Add macaroni and cook for 8 to 10 minutes or until al dente; drain.
- In a large saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat. Stir in the flour to form a roux. Pour in the milk a little at a time, whisking constantly until a thick sauce forms. Add cream cheese and stir until completely melted and incorporated.
- Stir in cheddar cheese until the cheese has melted and the sauce is smooth. Season with salt and pepper.
- Combine macaroni and cheese sauce in a large bowl, stirring until macaroni is coated. Serve hot.
